You have 30 days after the ship date to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
You can quickly arrange a return or free exchange by clicking here and accessing our automated exchange portal. Just enter your order number and shipping zip code to pull up the details, and then follow the steps to arrange the exchange.
Your exchange item will ship out as soon as the tracking shows that the return is en route back to us, or Your original payment method will be reimbursed once your return has been processed.
Free Shipping to all 50 states.
Standard order processing may take up to 2 business days. During high volume and promotional periods, order processing may take up to 10 business days and be subject to additional processing times. We do not deliver on holidays.

Free Standard Shipping on all orders: Orders ship within 2 calendar days of order date. Transit time estimated to be 3-8 calendar days from ship date.
Hawaii & Alaska Free Shipping: 5-10 calendar days
$15.00 3-Day Shipping (Orders placed before 2pm EST): Orders ship within 1 calendar day of order confirmation (Mon-Fri). Transit time estimated to be 3 calendar days from ship date.
$25.00 2-Day Shipping (Orders placed before 2pm EST): Orders ship within 1 calendar day of order confirmation (Mon-Fri). Transit time estimated to be 2 calendar days from ship date.
