Order Processing
Orders are processed within two business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During periods of high demand, such as sales or special events, processing times may be extended. Please refer to the Estimated Delivery Date provided at checkout for the most accurate timing.
Be sure to review your order details carefully before checkout. You have only 15 minutes to cancel most orders after they have been placed.
USA
Standard Shipping: Complimentary shipping on all domestic orders. Typically arrives between 5-7 business days. Longer transit times to Alaska and Hawaii.
Express Shipping: Flat-rate 3-Day and 2-Day Shipping available if ordered before 12 PM EST. Not available to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or APO/FPO addresses.
Canada & Mexico
Standard Shipping: Complimentary. Typically arrives in 7-11 business days. Import duties and taxes apply.
Express Shipping: UPS Expedited, typically arrives in 4-7 business days. Shipping rates and import duties calculated at checkout.
Australia & New Zealand
Standard Shipping: Complimentary. Typically arrives between 3-6 business days. Longer transit times to Western Australia.
Express Shipping: Flat-rate available in Australia, typically arrives in 2-3 business days.
United Kingdom
Standard Shipping: Complimentary, typically arrives in 2-5 business days.
